Popular dates, especially Saturday evenings, book months in advance, so reach out as soon as you have a date in mind. We ask for your final guest count 14 days before your wedding, and A deposit is required when you sign your contract. Your coordinator will review all costs and payment timelines during your consultation.

Can we bring our own vendors?

The Gran Centurions have a preferred vendor list that includes photographers, DJs, event managers, and bakers, but we’re happy to discuss your own vendors during your consultation. Your coordinator will handle communication with everyone, so you don’t have to play middleman.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Yes. We offer gluten-free meals, and our chef can accommodate vegetarian, vegan, or allergy-related requests. Bring up any dietary needs during your menu tasting, and we’ll make sure your guests are accommodated.

What should we do if our guest count changes after booking?
